Add some Guernsey Cows from Ohio and our cheese is rich in flavor, higher in butterfat & protein with a golden-yellow tinge due to high Beta Carotene content from the cows eating fresh grass and wildflowers. It is a great melted, sandwich and mellow Cheese Board addition. This cheese shape was developed by a food grade 3 D printing process. Go Buckeyes!
